1. Free Squat

* It is the important workout to warm up your tights and free your muscle and increase the leg strength,

Sets: 50x5 = 250
2. Barbell Full Squat

Full squat is used to develop the muscle size and strength.



3. Barbell Front Squat

This workout is used to seperate the tights muscle in front it gives the massive effect and strength.
